Hello, nice to meet you!

I am Lynn. I’m a Professional Career Coach, ADHD Coach and Life Coach for adults and college students world-wide, and have worked with thousands of clients over the last 10 years.

I pride myself on leading and encouraging all clients, with or without invisible disabilities, neurodiverse challenges and any other barriers, to move forward and have an amazing life!

I love what I do.
I love the people I get to work with.
I love helping people with positivity, sense of humor and strategies based on research and facts, not from random searches on the internet!

You don’t have to do this alone!

I went into ADHD Coaching, then Career & Job Coaching becuase I saw a need that was not being addressed in our community.

So let’s chat about your challenges and needs and create your success plan. I’m here to be your guide and work with you on what is important to you and help you be the person you want to be!

If we don’t get the opportunity to work together privately, I still want to support you, your company, your business, your family and friends with current and accurate information, fact-based resources and as much love and support that I can offer you remotely and through this website! So be sure to check out my articles and blog, my own created resources and other online resources, connect with me on social media and sign up for my regular newsletter.

With so much love,

I want to help you move closer and closer to who you really are and are meant to be!

Why people like to work with me

"Lynn Miner-Rosen has been a key member of my team over the past few months. She has shown a level of care and client-oriented service that I have never had before. During our time working together Lynn has helped me become a better student, friend, volunteer, and a happier person overall. My family and I are immensely impressed with her professionalism and personalized approach and we plan to continue using her services for as long as we can."

Scott B.

"I began working with Lynn during my junior year of college some years after I was diagnosed with ADHD. Before working with Lynn I had immense trouble with primarily time management but also organizational skills and balancing priorities. These factors led to perpetual stress and discordance between my efforts and their results. Through our weekly FaceTime sessions, Lynn enhanced my ability to identify my specific strengths and weaknesses that increased my self-confidence and allowed me to manage my limitations. With her help I feel empowered to finish my bachelors degree in four years and pursue a post-graduate degree in Law."

Kevin G.

"Coaching has been a really rewarding experience for me.  I have been able to develop several self-management skills through the process that I would not have had the opportunity to know about if it weren't for Lynn. Thanks to the sessions I have spent with Lynn, I was able to experience a strong sense of accountability during my coaching and I have learned to be accountable to myself now having completed coaching."

FAQs

  • What is Coaching?
The International Coaching Foundation (ICF) defines coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximize their personal and professional potential. The coaching process supports clients by helping them improve their outlook on their future instead of the past. Coaches help clients with work, school, and life while improving their skills and unlocking their potential. The coach’s responsibility is to: discover, clarify, and align with what the client wants to achieve, encourage client self-discovery, elicit client-generated solutions and strategies and hold the client responsible and accountable in a positive and non-judgemental way! Working with a coach leads you to greater personal and professional fulfillment. For example, an ADHD coach can help adults with ADHD increase their self-awareness, identify their strengths and support the process of self-exploration. Together they identify areas of focus for growth and change. The coach partners with the client to set reasonable and attainable goals and monitors those goals and progress regularly.
  • What is Career Coaching?
The definition of a career coach from the book Switchers by Dawn Graham is: "A career coach is a skilled, trained and credentialed advisor who can help you hone your brand (your story), materials (ie: resume, cover letter, LinkedIn Profile), and job search strategy, as well as assist you in evaluating your networking techniques, practicing interviews, and building confidence through feedback and insight."
  • What is ADHD Coaching?
According to the Attention Deficit Disorder Association (ADDA) Subcommittee on ADHD Coaching, “ADHD coaches support their clients in developing a comprehensive understanding of both the nature of ADHD and the impact of ADHD on their client’s quality of life. In addition, ADHD coaches work with clients to create structures, support, skills and strategies. Coaching assists clients with ADHD to stay focused on their goals, face obstacles, address core ADHD-related issues like time management, organization, and self-esteem, gain clarity and function more effectively.”
